How your details are used when you prepare a journey request on this website.
Preparing a request
The quote form prepares a message in your browser. Completing the form does not submit it to EV Rider or create a booking. A temporary journey draft may be held in your current browser tab to carry details from the homepage to the full form, and is removed when the full form reads it.
Sending your details
If you choose WhatsApp or email, that service opens with your journey and contact details in the message. You decide whether to send it. EV Rider receives your information only when you send the message through that service. Please check the recipient and contents before sending.
Details you send may include your name, email address, phone number, pickup and destination, travel times, passenger count, luggage and notes. EV Rider uses journey enquiries to respond, prepare quotes and arrange requested travel. Please do not include card details or sensitive medical information.
Contact and privacy questions
For questions about information you have sent to EV Rider, including requests to correct or delete it, email contact@evrider.co.uk. Some information may need to be retained to meet applicable obligations.
Cookies and website services
This website code does not add advertising trackers, marketing cookies or analytics. Hosting and access services may process technical information such as IP addresses and request logs to operate and protect the website.
WhatsApp, your email provider and any service you open from this website handle information under their own privacy terms. External services are opened only when you choose their links.
No automatic marketing signup
Preparing or sending a quote request does not subscribe you to a newsletter.
