Based in Trowbridge, EV Rider also welcomes airport-transfer enquiries from Bradford-on-Avon, Melksham and the surrounding area. For pickups in Bath, Corsham, Chippenham or Frome, include your full address so we can confirm availability and the fare.
A clear quote before you commit.
Your airport-transfer quote includes all parking, airport pickup and drop-off charges for the agreed journey. Share your pickup address, airport and terminal where applicable, date, passenger numbers and luggage. We will provide a quote specific to your journey.
For a return trip, include both journeys in your enquiry. We will confirm the fare for each leg and any advance payment before you accept. Sending a quote request does not reserve a vehicle: your booking is made when EV Rider confirms it with you.

Passengers and luggage
Tell us how many people are travelling, including children, and the number and size of your bags. Include any mobility aids or other practical requirements so we can check that the vehicle is suitable.
Changes and delays
We understand that plans change. Cancellation is free with at least 24 hours’ notice. Later cancellation or prolonged-waiting charges are a last resort after considering your circumstances, under our booking terms.
Airport transfer questions
Which airports can I book a transfer to?
Bristol, Heathrow, Gatwick, Bournemouth, Southampton and Birmingham are our most popular airports. We also welcome enquiries for other airports: enter the airport name in the pickup or destination field on our quote form. All journeys are pre-booked and subject to availability. Include your exact pickup and destination when requesting a quote.
Are parking and drop-off charges included?
Yes. Every quote includes all parking, airport pickup and drop-off charges for the agreed journey. A customer-requested change, such as an additional stop or different destination, may require a revised inclusive quote agreed with you first.
Do I need to pay a deposit?
An airport transfer may require an advance payment of 50% of the total fare or the stated cost of a one-way journey. We will agree the amount and payment deadline before you book. This payment counts towards your fare; it is not an additional charge.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
Please keep us informed of any changes. A delayed flight is not automatically treated as a missed pickup. We will discuss the arrangements with you. Any waiting allowance, potential rate and start point must be agreed before booking, with notice before chargeable waiting begins. Parking remains included. See the full booking terms for details.
Can I travel while seated in a wheelchair?
No. The vehicle is not licensed as wheelchair accessible and cannot carry a passenger seated in a wheelchair. If you can transfer to a vehicle seat, please discuss your requirements and wheelchair or mobility-aid dimensions with us before booking so we can assess safe carriage.
Does the online form confirm my booking?
No. The form prepares an enquiry for you to send by WhatsApp or email. We check availability, confirm the quote and agree the arrangements with you personally before confirming a booking.
